If so, then can you switch the computer to console mode each night before leaving your computer? (leave X running, but press Ctrl+Alt+F1 to get to a console). Unless you have a serial console, this is probably the only way to see if there are any kernel messages right before the crash. If there is an oops, please write it down or take a digital photo of it and let us know.
