Ok, I'll close this as WORKSFORME then. Thanks for the response. Btw, I tried the KDE4 version of drkonqi (which shows up if a KDE4 application like amarok or k3b crashes) too now, and it worked fine as well. @ted chang: You may have experienced a (temporary) problem with the repos. The debug repos for Leap 42.1 (repo-debug-update at least) were broken in the past, see e.g. bug#961093. I'm pretty sure the same (or a similar) problem reoccured again later on, but I can't find a bug report at the moment.
