That is, the bug can be reproduced safely in short time. 4 when kernel panic happens, there's only "Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init" on the screen, no other debug information. Note: 1 the bug is reproduced on the both IBM MP server(with 2 Intel dual-core CPU) and SUN MP server(with 2 AMD single-core CPU) 2 the bug is reproduced for both kernel-smp-2.6.16.21-0.8.x86_64 and kernel-smp-2.6.16.21-0.25.x86_64 3 the bug can be reproduced for the kernel 2.6.16.5 onwards 4 the bug can not be reproduced for the kernel from 2.6.16 to 2.6.16.4 5 the bug can not be reproduced for kernel 2.6.17 and 2.6.18 -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

For the Server this means at least standard or priority subscription levels or a Novell Premium Support agreement, for Desktop this means a valid Novell Premium Support agreement at this time (standard and priority subscriptions are in preparation).
