It's not certain how this occurs but it shouldn't be that hard to reproduce. This is what I do: - add a panel on top - resize it to 30% of screen width - adjust height a bit (I just decrease it a bit) - set it to "windows can cover" or "autohide" - add some plasmoids (clock, quick access, device notifier, kickoff, opera desktop shortcut, pager) - lock widgets After some time of normal dekstop usage (web browsing, switching windows...) panel will stop raising. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Panels seems to always disappear behind last focused window - you can bring it back by switching to another desktop, clicking it and then switch back. But it will disappear again under when you focus a window. In case if you use "autohide" option it will never came back in front no matter what you do.
