The Audio Volume settings are available on the right side, but clicking on other shortcuts on the left produces no change in the right-hand view. Action: 1. Open KDE Global Keyboard Shortcuts dialog and set shortcuts (successfully) 2. Reboot 3. Re-open KDE Global Keyboard Shortcuts dialog Expected Result: Dialog will allow additional changes to keyboard shortcuts. Actual Results: Audio Volume settings are available on the right side, but clicking on other shortcuts on the left produces no change in the right-hand view. Ok, this happens if you enable "Double-click to open files/folders" in the mouse settings. You'd need to double-click to "open" a component then (which is a bug of course), but that won't work either as it triggers a rename. Switching back to "Single-click" should fix it.
Can you confirm that that's your problem?
