(modprobe:645) It repeated the message several more times as I waited, but never completed to boot. Last message before BUG: udevd[370]: error opening ATTR{/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.1/usb3/3-1/3-1:1.0/power/level} for writing I powered off and powered on, and the system booted normally. Since it's not reproduceable, it's going to be tough to track down. Usually the CPU# stuck messages are followed by a stack trace indicating what's stuck. Chances are you had a stuck bit of hardware that resolved itself after reboot. Have you been able to reproduce since?
