Support for the Mighty Mouse was already added (by me and other folks) to the USB version, but the Bluetooth copy is more or less unmaintaned. There is work in progress by Jiri Kosina (@suse) to merge the two parsers, and will be in the mainline (and suse) kernels in near future. Then, the Bluetooth Apple Mighty Mouse will work out of the box. Until then, the only possibility to get it working would be to port the changes from the USB version to the Bluetooth version. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=231071 ------- Comment #10 from jkosina@novell.com 2007-01-04 09:05 MST ------- Yes, the common Bluetooth-USB HID parser and other related code (including the USB mightymouse quirk handling) has been merged by Linus into 2.6.20-rc1. Marcel Holtmann (kernel bluetooth maintainer) is currently working on hooking the current kernel bluetooth implementation to use the newly introduced common layer. As soon as this is properly done, the quirk will work also for Bluetooth version of the mouse. I will ask Marcel about the forseen timeline of the bluetooth merge and will let you know. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

I am closing this bug, if you experience any further problems with this hardware on products which are based on 2.6.21-rc6 kernel or any newer, please feel free to reopen it. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
