Both don't hurt but preload becomes less useful... Why WONTFIX and not LATER, as reminder for 11.2 ? I'd like to try to rebuild these files but the documentation it's not very clear (for me). If it's not done for a release, WONTFIX is the correct solution. You rebuild these files with strace, but it's not really straight forward and changes from version to version how to apply.
