People who use that sort of thing should /NOT/ be faced with messages like this. BB: There is no method of dealling with the information presented. If I tick "OK" I end up back at the updater screen, ready to start again. This does not help. In YAST dependency errors produce a clever decision tree structure to help you sort out what you want to do about the problems. Zen Updater does not do this, nor does it "uncheck" the packages with problems after I press OK. If I am blindingly clever I may be able to guess which ones to uncheck by decoding the error message. Or I might spend all morning doing one at a time to find out which ones are affected. Or I might give up and go back to windows. It won't do. It won't impress migrating users, and frankly it doesn't impress me as an old unix hand.
