These fonts (and only these on my system) are missing /FamilyName and /FullName entries. I don't know if this is against specification, but freetype seem to behave correctly, doesn't it? (In reply to Ismail Doenmez from comment #17)

So I suggest patching mkfontscale.c to use face->family_name instead of t1info->family_name and change other related fields to use face struct too.
