Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.start yast, pick runlevel editor 2.choose expert mode 3.try change default runlevel Actual Results: no value choosable or available (select list stays empty) Expected Results: should show value, and let one change the default runlevel. issue exists on 2 different computers.
