The problem seems to be that HTML is not parsed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. In particular this is the package's info: Name: rubygem-rails-2_3 Version: 2.3.8-4.1 About build.opensuse.org I did a fast look to the problem of my second comment and I didn't get that bug, about the first comment I can't login into b.o.o API so I can't help you. Later rails releases have changes in the escaping of strings.
