I found istruction on openSUSE site that writes: "Leadtek Winfast TV 2000 XP RM In NZ this card is NOT supplied with a Philips tuner Don't use YAST... edit /etc/modprobe.d/tv thusly: alias char-major-81 videodev options i2c-algo-bit bit_test=1 alias char-major-81-0 off alias char-major-81-1 bttv alias char-major-81-2 off alias char-major-81-3 off options bttv card=34 pll=1 tuner=63 You'll have to fine tune channels." This doesnt seam to solve the problem. I don't know how to help, I don't know this card... You can start the yast module and manually select the right tuner module. Look at the card and try to find the tuner chip and select the same (or the most similar) in the yast module. It was conexant but it didnt work with that tuner.I have selected some other philips tuner and it works.
