Hibernate and Sleep menu items seem to disappear from Applications Menu in KDE randomly.

Quite often, it seems to happen with the following use case: 1. KDE/Plasma: do suspend or hibernate 2. wait for suspending / powering off 3. Wake / turn on computer 4. Observe KMenu

But, it seems the options are still present in the full-screen shutdown selections.

A reboot seems to solve the issue, and also KMenu has the entries again, but they should no be gone in the first place.

After the initial login after powering on, hibernate/suspend options are not present in the menu. When issuing from commandline 'plasmashell --replace', hibernate/suspend options appear in the menu.
