I do find the man page for po2xml in the package kde4-l10n-devel, however the executable is not there. This package comes from KDE:Distro:Factory for openSUSE 11.2, I am using KDE 4.5.0. Step 2 now fails, because po2xml (and another executable, which I don't use) is missing from the package kde4-l10n-devel for KDE 4.5.0; the man pages are still there. It is in 4.4.4, so I have the 4.4.4 rpm to install. Also xml2po is in the above kde4-l10n-devel package also in KDE 4.5.0; it is not a package on its own.
