So the main problem is that YaST does not protect the slash when writing
crypttab. So a call to udevEncode is missing, maybe at
https://github.com/openSUSE/libstorage/blob/master/storage/Volume.cc#L3200.
That needs further debugging and testing.
I added a card to the YaST trello task board so that the issue is prioritised
with the other tasks.
If you want YaST to use the "*WDC*" name and not the name of the disk enclosure
please make a feature request. Other people might have different opinions about
the by-id names that should be used.
