KDE apps like Kate Okular Gwenview can`t open files named in Cyrillic. It seems that it is encoding issue because applications say that file doesn`t exists and Cyrillic characters are broken in this dialog :" The file or folder file:///home/drofan/фотоjpg does not exist."
