Run 'cracklib-check' in console and enter your password. Do you get the same result? Yes.

These two above are also rejected on SLE10 with the same reason. But I think this is basicaly the algorithm of cracklib itself. You may want to discuss this on the cracklib mailinglist. But I see this not a bug.
