Unfortunately, this and some of my other bugs history shows some really lacking areas in the performance of the openSUSE project. Can you imagine, how it feels, if you're really after a solution to such problems?

On complex bugs like this one, I harvested only WONTFIXes or it simply got ignored _for years_.

Bah, I've just spotted that you reported this back in 2007. Really, I don't understand why nobody looked into that earlier and I fully understand your feelings.
