That kernel of course didn't include apparmor. Trying again with the standard openSUSE kernel let me uninstall apparmor-parser. So, there is no bug. That being said, it sounds weird that the lack of apparmor support in the kernel prevents the removal of apparmor packages. I've added a check to ensure that AppArmor is loaded before returning failure. The updated package has been submitted to 11.1, SLE11, and Factory.
