You need to to copy it into: /usr/lib/systemd/system-sleep/ and make it executable. Please note that this script is for wicked, not NetworkManager. For testing, please start YaST2 > System > Network Settings In the menu, switch to the Global Options tab and choose for "Network Setup Method": Wicked Service After saving the changes, please check the functionality of your network connections after resume. For NetworkManager, you will need a separate script.
