After applying patch (commit 1915d6d182a55d1eb852643a78ac24bc17783fb0), kdesktop and kded becomes to work fine. (patched version is already available at OBS https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:belphegor_belbel/glibc) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. install openSUSE 42.2 RC1. 2. compile and link "boom.c" and "dofork.c" as mentioned Sourceware's Bugzilla Bug 19861. 3. run "boom".
