It seems that at least Lokalize cannot run python scripts. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install some Python script to handle source file links in Lokalize by putting the script in the localize-scripts folder of the project 2. Run Lokalize from console 3. Click on some source link in the translation string metadata pane Actual Results: At step 2 Lokalize prints the message Kross: "Action::setInterpreter: interpreter not found: python" At step 3 Lokalize says that no scripts are registered to handle source links when Expected Results: The RPM for Python scripting support should be recommended by the Localize package so that it would be installed automatically. Actually I cannot even manually find the necessary package in the YaST software manager. My installed package versions: lokalize 4.7.4-7.1 python-kde4 4.7.4-7.1 python-kdebase4 4.7.4-17.1 libkde4 4.7.4-5.26.8 python 2.7.2-7.5.1 python-base 2.7.2-7.5.1 etc. sudo find / -name '*kross*' | grep py does not find anything. As a workaround, I use a Fedora RPM: ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/linux/releases/16/Everything/i386/os/Packages/kross-python-4.7.2-1.fc16.i686.rpm (I installed it with sudo rpm --nodeps -i kross-python-4.7.2-1.fc16.i686.rpm so that rpm doesn't complain about missing dependency). Now my Python script for opening source file works in Lokalize (for some reason Lokalize keeps complaining that no scripts are installed to handle source links, although the script runs fine when I click a link).
