But opensuse 11.0-beta1 uses the b43 driver and I tried a lot of ways but the hardware don't works; i change to the b43legacy driver, installed the firmwares and still don't work my wireless card. Some usefull information: -I am using a acer aspire 5710z laptop -lspci: 04:00.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetLink BCM5787M Gigabit Ethernet PCI Express (rev 02) 05:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM94311MCG wlan mini-PCI (rev 01) -iwconfig: lo no wireless extensions. eth0 no wireless extensions. wlan0 IEEE 802.11g ESSID:"" Mode:Managed Frequency:2.412 GHz Access Point: Not-Associated Tx-Power=27 dBm Retry min limit:7 RTS thr:off Fragment thr=2352 B Encryption key:off Link Quality:0 Signal level:0 Noise level:0 Rx invalid nwid:0 Rx invalid crypt:0 Rx invalid frag:0 Tx excessive retries:0 Invalid misc:0 Missed beacon:0 - the 'iwlist wlan0 scan' works and i can see the accespoints but knetworkmanager shows nothing -dhclient: dhclient Internet Systems Consortium DHCP Client V3.0.6 Copyright 2004-2007 Internet Systems Consortium.
