[Bug 1000118] New: Build kernel-default-base unconditionally
http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1000118 Bug ID: 1000118 Summary: Build kernel-default-base unconditionally Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Kernel Assignee: mmarek@suse.com Reporter: mmarek@suse.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- A CONFIG_SPLIT_PACKAGE config option is added via a patch and checked in the spec file. This has been introduced in SLE11 times, when kernel-default-base and kernel-defaul were disjoint packages and for some use cases it made sense to have a single kernel package. This is not a problem nowadays, with -base being a subset of the main package. The side effect will be that we also get a kernel-vanilla-base package. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
