I connect usb device for exammple wi-fi usb card and work with it. After work for safely remove device I must run Konsole type su and #rmmod <module name>. It`s good if I know module name. But it not user-frendly!!! If I simple remove device without this steps sometimes it set my system on halt and I have blinking leds on keyboard. Need something like a windows in tray icon and it can safely remove devices. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Looks more like a kernel problem since it panics sometimes. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

You should never have to remove a module for things to work correctly. To test it, please drop to console (ctrl+alt+f1), login as root, run "klogconsole -r0 -l8" and then remove your usb device. Then take a photo of the Oops and post it to this report. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
