This bug exist in KDE 4.10.3 and 4.10.4 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Krusader and press F7 (new directory) 2. Type "ASDF" 3. Press backspace (to edit the name) Actual Results: You can't delete the first letter. Expected Results: You CAN edit the fullname. In Krusader, when you press F7, you can create a new directory, BUT you can't edit the fullname, because ever exist the first letter.

(I don't press Intro still) Press backspace many time My directory A now is M The first letter ever exist, you can't edit he fullname. If you want create a new directory (press F7) and you want change the name, you can't (because you can't delete the first character).
