This report is about error that says the network was not detected (i.e. network card, not the connection?) -- that's it, it was not detected entirely. On other other hand in the other report the problem with connecting was related to _one_ repo, other repos worked fine and network worked fine (I mean, konqueror, Firefox, etc).
