Hm. I can discuss this with our maintainer of the dosutils. But we have only limited space on media 1 (and still thinking of removing the whole directory for the media). So now we can add rawrite only to the FTP trees.

I am not talking about putting it on CD or DVD. The CDs/DVD do not contain floppy images at all, but a script to generate them which requires linux, which has dd available. Therefore it would be pointless to put a tool on the CD/DVD to write (non-existing) files to floppy images using windows ;-) FTP is enough for rawritewin - people who can download the floppy images can also download rawritewin.

But I think the best way is to download this free tool (and even the others) from the original website.

Perhaps we should delete the content of this directory and add a README file containing links to the original download websites?

I don't really like this idea - it makes it more difficult for users.
