https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=827524 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=827524#c0 Summary: security:netfilter/shorewall: Bug wrong place of binaries & services Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE.org Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS/Version: openSUSE 12.3 Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: 3rd party software AssignedTo: toganm@dinamizm.com ReportedBy: bruno@ioda-net.ch QAContact: opensuse-communityscreening@forge.provo.novell.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- Hi Togan, There's still a problem with binaries place and what is wrote in systemd .service For example in 12.3 shorewall shorewall6 and shorewall-init are placed correctly in /usr/sbin BUT in .service file you have shorewall.service execstart=/sbin/shorewall shorewall6.service execstart=/sbin/shorewall6 and for shorewall-init.service execstart=/shorewall-init I suspect your patch is not doing what you expect, and I would use rpm macro to place correctly things. I've just got hit by this bug this morning, and loose control of a remote server after a restart. (I forget to check and adjust manually the service file) ps : sorry to not have a perfect patch for the package. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
