It does on my 10.2 machine, but perhaps it is a relic SLED10. Tambet, I added the check so that we could catch NLD9 -> SLED10 upgrades and enable NM in the configuration file. If 10.2 does not have this file, we can safely remove the check (in STABLE, but not SLED10 or SP1).
