Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Setup around 60 projects containing hundreds of packages to build against external OBS like https://api.meego.com/public 2. Have huge number of projects and packages to build against the local repo. 3. Let the external go down Actual Results: The activities on the local OBS which has got nothing to do with the external OBS get stalled. Builds, promotions, WEBUI everything got stalled. No logs were generated. The scheduler seems to be fully occupied on resolving the status of external OBS to update the packages it is linked to. All the GUI actions like deleting a project, request were accepted but not reflected on the respective pages.
