Checking for the list of openSUSE mirror sites (https://mirrors.opensuse.org/list/tumbleweed.html), this mirror is not listed as hosting any Tumbleweed contents. According to the list, the only mirror in France for Tumbleweed is fr2.rpmfind.net. If I manually select this mirror at the beginning of the installation, the error does not happen. download.opensuse.org should only redirect Tumbleweed users to mirrors with up-to-date Tumbleweed contents. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

The installation starts from Austria so it redirects me to the mirror http://suse.inode.at/opensuse/tumbleweed/repo/oss/boot/i386/yast2-trans-en_U... The installation process calculates a sha-256 hash of 7ea4a636ee4e7f3f0b4236f8a7944ac3a3eb9572f84146f44d69fa5ebbfa2bd7 for the file 'yast2-trans-en_US.rpm' but probably a value of f8dc8e4effc6b8822324d42f1586d01766bd6440d18624baee725565ec2f6168 was expected so an error was reported. As suggested by Jean Delvare, for diagnostic purposes the selected mirror should be logged.
