[Bug 476158] Wireshark does no longer ask to be started as root and thus can't capture packages

But it still in the TRADITIONAL menu. You can modify the /usr/share/applications/wireshark.desktop, change the Exec item. Exec=xdg-su -c wireshark Then it works fine. http://wireshark.osmirror.nl/lists/wireshark-bugs/200712/msg00453.html It said the "X-KDE-SubstituteUID=true" already be deleted. I'm not sure how to resolve it with reasonal method.
