How did you configure docker, iptables?
zypper in docker
Where did you get docker from?
SuSE repos for 15.3
Which image are you running?
Can't run any, .. as soon as the docker daemon tried to create the docker0 network, iptables chokes and nothing is operational.
How are you launching it?
systemctl start docker
Does it happen with every image?
No image is being run.
Is this reproducible?
Yes, on these two systems.
