Fn+F2: Lock screen? Yes
Fn+F3: Blank screen Yes
Fn+F5: Toggle bluetooth on/off, right? Does this work? Yes, and it already works when doing a: echo enable > /proc/acpi/ibm/hotkey see also Bug #297812
Fn+F6: ? Nothing
Fn+F7: "swap monitors". All we can do here is 'echo video_switch > proc/acpi/ibm/video' Yes
Fn+F8: echo expand_toggle > /proc/acpi/ibm/video, no idea what this should do I also have no idea what this should do...
Fn+F9: Undock, this should already work. I cannot test it, but nothing is printed to syslog when pressing it.
