Test connection to the internet. only eth0 is possible to choose. Change Device button only available if you swith from: - Yes, Test connection to internet - No Skip this test. To activate the button (Change device) : - press on No, Skip this test - press again Yes, Test connection to internet ... Then you can press on 'Change Device' but only ETH0 is available. Eth1 is not on the list.
