I changed the server to: http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/update/11.1/ and now it works. In the process of changing there was a moment I got several dozens of zypper processes which I had to kill manually, killall, and killall -9. I don't have a log of what I had to do, but at the end I got it done, and YOU started to work. Also I think the OSS server was set bad, to: ..use.org/distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-source/ (left part of window clipped in Yast when I copied it for reporting) which AFAIK doesn't exist. This server was automatically defined by Yast.
