it seems you have the 12.1-test update repository added instead of 12.1 update repo and that that one is inconsistent and offers the architecture change as solution.
I have them both, because a bug which was severely itching me has recently been fixed, but only on Test. Similarly for another bug, this time on KDE:Distro:Stable. Yes, for me this time: YaST didn't find any patches, instead of finding several conflicting ones, for which I had to select "do not install".
