Usually there was a local user copy of the database, bur it seems that this release looks for a central repository, in which case it has wrong permissions. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Launch KlamAV 2.Look at Update tab. 3. Actual Results: KlamAV is unable to update clamav's database. User can not update the clamav's database.
