It says the package (with strange long path attached) not found on the media. When installing the same package from the same location with zypper from console, all works well. This could be also caused by the dollar sign at the beginning of the path, however, that's hard to say without logs. This means, we can just guess without logs and logs were not attached, so closing as NORESPONSE. Feel free to reopen if you attach the requested logs. Yes. This seems being because cyrillic: I cannot install packages from my desktop in this way because the desktop folder has cyrillic name. Packages from non-cyrillic location install well.
