Please remove both these .desktop files from the package. That doesn't seem to have happened. I added the jconsole.desktop to %files devel, but did not removed the %{_datadir}/applications/*.desktop from %files of openjdk. I'll submit a fix with prepared update of icedtea6-1.5.1.
