This happens 90% when I login the first time. And about 30% the second ot third time. When I choose another windows manager kde3/TWM and login again choosing kde4 I get the windows manager I chose before. It looks like openSuse is unable to start KDE4 because it is missing something and then falls back on another windows manager.
