[Bug 457077] New: widget tooltips blink
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=457077 Summary: widget tooltips blink Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: x86 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Workspace AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: stephen.berman@gmx.net QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- kdebase4-workspace-4.1.3-152.1 The tooltips of widgets blink or flash when the widget has an angle of between roughly 10 and 100 degrees with respect to the default horizontal orientation, i.e., after having been rotated counterclockwise. This is particularly annoying with the task manager, which I had positioned vertically on the left side of the screen, so that the program names read from bottom to top (90 degree counterclockwise rotation). But I also see with with other widgets, e.g. the application laucher and the analog clock. I haven't tested other widgets yet. I have noticed this in previous versions of KDE 4.1.*, though I only now tested orientations other than horizontal and vertical. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
