What's your locale set to? What's the output of "locale"?

That looks fine still. Maybe it's some kind of UTF-8 encoding issue?

I don't known :-(, I installed leap 15.4 yesterday, when installing, I choose `Chinese` as language, `en_US` keyboard layout and set hardware clock to UTC, then, no other configs been altered(during or after installing), but really, Dolphin does not work for me :-( -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
