Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.right-click on hplip-logo 2.click on device-manager 3.then report appears: "HPLIP Device Status HP_Laserjet_P1006 Printer (AB0BX7Y) Device communication error (5012)" Actual Results: my printer is new, printer is not broken !!! for sure !!!
