A manual install of NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-515.76.run also fails with "nvidia-uvm not building". Might be a dup of bug 1208939, and due to the lockdown introduced with kernel 6.1.2 if booted in secure boot mode.

But there is more than this. Lately I added a patch for G05 so it can compile against kernel 6.x at all. This fix is not yet in the repository.
