Not only it is annoying, but resuming is totally unsecured : because of step 1, no password is required. I set up a vmware and there are not such problem with it. I checked all settings of dbus and polkit, and they are identical. In Yast, I went to the security settings tool and "predifined security parameter". There, "personalized parameters" was checked. I checked private desktop and applied it... and now everything works fine !
