http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1012840 Bug ID: 1012840 Summary: Frequent build failure: libmicrohttpd Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Other Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: dimstar@opensuse.org QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Very frequently, libmicrohttpd freezes during the execution of make test, showing something like this in the build log: [ 112s] make check-TESTS [ 112s] make[3]: Entering directory '/home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/libmicrohttpd-0.9.50/src/microhttpd' [ 112s] make[4]: Entering directory '/home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/libmicrohttpd-0.9.50/src/microhttpd' [ 117s] PASS: test_shutdown_select [ 122s] PASS: test_shutdown_poll [28931s] qemu-system-x86_64: terminating on signal 15 from pid 24017 [28931s] ### WATCHDOG MARKER END ### As this package is part of ring1 and thus of full staging, it is often blocking a staging project from moving on.. Usually retriggering it for build works - but that can't be the solution -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

We already have: https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/devel:libraries:c_c++/ libmicrohttpd/disable-stalling-test.patch?expand=1
We could expand it more, esp. if you could determine it is one specific test to stall all the time.
Will keep an eye on the future fails to see if we end up in similar tests all the time -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
