While this is a good thing to do a first test, it becomes annoying when the server goes productive with "real" certificates. Deleting the Snakeoil certificates isn't an option, because they will come back with the next security update of apache. Please move the Snakeoil certificates to a subpackage like apache2-example-certificates.
